I'm holding off until next year because I want Carplay! Can't wait to update my 2009 C300. I usually update as soon as the new one comes out...but I'm delaying it this time so I can get Carplay

Actually this is far from a decent solution. Waze, for instance, cannot be navigated from this device. Why would I want just maps when I can have maps with traffic-avoiding capabilities? Same goes for other apps. Car manufacturers should stop trying to keep up with digital technology and simply use it in their cars. It's already there! A 'screen mirror' via bluetooth would be better and simpler to do.

no carplay on the 2015 c300. i just bought one and a little dissappointed that there is no carplay. hold off from buying the c300 until they install it.

+Lorie Reyes This is horrible advise! You're telling people to hold off on a $ 40K plus purchase because it does not come with a $ 600 option?! Sheesh. People, Car play is not yet available in any car. When it does come out, it will retrofit your car. It would be inconvenient and extremely dangerous to implement a touchscreen. The driver would have to reach over to the dash every time he wants to select something on the screen!

IMO, it should be fully voice controlled. sometimes it's be dangerous to look at the screen and use one hand to control it.
